Parts Use Disclaimer:

Some parts sold by Weitz Industries LTD are high performance and/or racing parts, and may NOT be used for street or highway use. Please check your local laws before ordering. The buyer of these parts acknowledges that they will be used in compliance with all local laws.

Defective Parts and Warranty Information:

Weitz Industries LTD is strictly a retailer of parts. Since Weitz Industries LTD does not have any direct involvement in the installation of parts on any vehicle, we make no guarantee of any costs associated with damage due to failure of a part after installation. In the event that a part sold by Weitz Industries LTD is shown to be defective within 90 days of invoice/shipment, liability is limited to the cost of the replacement part. All parts are sold without warranty unless specifically stated in item description. For those items when warranty does apply, the warranty is void if the parts are used on a "track car" (anything other than usual street driving).

The only way to ensure the quality of installation is to have all parts installed by a professional and/or licensed mechanic. Any and all advice and/or assistance given in the form of product or project support is accepted and used by the customer at their own risk.

Item Condition:

New - A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in the original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in the retail shop. If the item comes straight from the manufacturer it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. See the seller's listing for full details.

New other (see details) - A new and unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing its original packaging, or in its original packaging but not sealed. The item may be a factory second, or a new and unused item with defects. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

Remanufactured - A properly rebuilt automotive part. The item has been completely disassembled, cleaned and examined for wear and breakage. Worn out, missing or non-functioning components have been replaced with new or rebuilt components. It is the functional equivalent of a new part and is virtually indistinguishable from a new part. Used - An item that has been previously used. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. See the listing for full details and description of any imperfections. All items are removed from cars and are not new, so expect to see wear and tear.
