Does NOT come with a clutch, new is always best and most people go with a single mass conversion.

This is the factory set up for a 328i but will also fit 320i 323i 325i
Weitz Industries recommends using new parts on at least the slave, spigot and throw out bearings. Ideally a new clutch should be sourced or if a used one is used get it checked out by a clutch specialist.
